Meta Programme Profiling by Q1

Meta Programme Profiling

Meta Programmes are core traits that determine how you are likely to approach or respond to a situation.

They run continually in background mode and guide your behaviour.

They are context specific, so you may have two completely different profiles for work and home.

Often referred to as ‘patterns’ because of their habitual nature, the aim of this profiling tool is not to judge as good or bad, right or wrong, rather to create an awareness and understanding of the consequences of certain patterns in a specific context.

There are 3 main ways in which to consider the results you get from this profiler:
  • To gain an awareness of the impact of your verbal and non-verbal communication with other people.
  • To gain an awareness of how you engage with your work, and the effect of certain programmes on your personal effectiveness, focus, decision-making, motivation, procrastination and stress.
  • To gain an awareness of how you communicate with yourself.
Before starting the profiler choose a context, either work or personal life. If you would like to know your profile in both contexts then complete the profiler twice.
